Stamp# 22, 2 chon: Printed to replace stamp# 11; 01.01.1900.
Stamp# 23, 10 chon: Plate flaw delayed issue until this time.
Stamp# 24, 50 chon: Dr. Kerr and associates, consider this to be the second printing of the 50 chon stamp.
They project a third printing around June 1903, to provide high values while awaiting arrival of the Falcon Issue. It was in use only a short time, then stored until perhaps 1904 or 1905, when used once more; later, to be mostly found in souvenir booklets prepared by the Japanese, often faded.
Stamp# 25, 1 won: Dr. Kerr and associates, consider this to be the second printing of the 1 won stamp.
