Presently 17 full member and 3 associate member countries are affiliated with the Far East Regional Boy Scout. Some 150 representatives from the 20 member nations will attend the 6th Conference and discuss how to promote understanding and fraternity among scouts and scouters, how to accelerate the Boy Scout activities, how to exert common efforts for a unified purpose under the theme, "Better Scouting for more Boys." The occasion will be a valuable opportunity for the Korean Boy Scout to remind the nation of the boy scout spirit and activities as well as to show off their excellent achievement to their quest scouts.

The Ministry of Communications will issue a commemorative stamp welcoming the occasion here in Korea and wishing more scouting for better society and world peace.
