| Description | ||||
|
The Ministry of Communications is issuing these two stamps as the fourth part
of a series depicting Korea`s traditional musical instruments.
So: This instrument, which resembles pan pipes, has 16 pipes. It is now used only during a ritual ceremony at the Confucian Temple. The chromatic scales run upwards from right to left. The bottom of each pipe is filled with wax to adjust the pitch. |
