The new designs adopted this time are the following two ceramic products of the Yi Dynasty (1392-1910):
1. Bunchong-wave Vessel inlaid with Peony Patterns.
This ceramic ware, designated as Treasure no. 348, was made sometime in the 15th century. It is an ordinary-size vessel 16cm tall, with 15.3cm in mouth diameter. Patterns of peony are inlaid on the surface of this porcelain, giving a fresh and magnanimous air to its viewers. This ceramic ware is preserved at Kangsong Art Museum in Seoul.

2. Bunchong Ceramic Jar with Inlayings.
This jar, manufactured sometime in the 16th century, is 15.25cm high, with 9.6cm and 6.6cm in mouth and bottom diameter. With its opulent breast, the vessel is typical of the 16th-century Yi Dynasty jars in shape. Produced in the Kyeryongsan area, it shows the beauty and elegance specific to Kyeryong. Inlaid grass patterns make us feel like we're viewing the features of Mt. Kyeryong.
