Description
A 20-won denomination postage stamp, a second photo-gravure stamp of this country, was issued on June 1, which depicts an antique celadonic vase with mosaic designs of cloud and a stork.

This stamp has been chosen to be surcharged for 10 additional won, to serve as the funding vehical for "Helping Flood Relief Fund" (4th Issue).

This vase is a product of 12th to 13th century turned out in Kangjin and Puan area. Designated as national cultural treasure No. 341, this was a discovery in the later days and the gourd-shaped vase, 34.4 cm high and 16 cm in diameter, is decorated with white mosaic designs of hovering cloud and a stork in the upper part and a peony in the lower part.
