This time every year, we look back on the past year characterizing it as a year full of events and difficulties, but the expression sounds truer than at any other time before, for the past year was a year in which we successfully hosted a great sports festival of mankind, fully demonstrating our national potential and ability to the whole world.

It is our long-standing year-end and new year custom, to send a letter or card to our relatives, friends and all other people we love, inquiring after their well-being and wishing them good luck and happiness for the New Year.
