| The inspiring deed of the patriot, Pong-Gil Yoon, who threw a bomb toward a mob of Japanese imperialists, on the 29th of April, 1932 at the Hong-kou park in Shanghai, was a great undertaking to be praised by the late President of the Republic of China, Chiang Kai-shek when he said, "Such a task a million man army of China couldn t accomplish, just one Korean did".
In the 60th year of Pong-Gil Yoon's heroic deed, the Ministry of Communications issues the commemorative Stamp to look back on his great accomplishment. |
