President Kim Young Sam, who received the widespread support of Koreans in the presidential elections on December 18, 1992, will take his first steps towards "The Creation of a New Korea." The Ministry of Communications issues this postage stamp to congratulate the 14th President on his inauguration, and to encourage Koreans to participate in "the Creation of a New Korea." |
