| Description | ||||
| On October 16, 1995, when postal rates are set to change, the Ministry of Information and Communication will issue three new definitive postage stamps: one with a denomination of 400 won for priority mail, another with a denomination of 1,050 won for non-priority registered mail, and the last with a denomination of 1,300 won for registered mail.
The definitive postage stamps for priority mail will feature an airplane, signifying the distinctive nature of speedy delivery, to distinguish them from the definitive postage stamps for non-priority. The colors of the plane and the border of the stamps differ according to denomination and use. The 400-won definitive postage stamp show an airplane with a blue border. |
