| Description | ||||
| On October 16, 1995, postal rates changed, the Ministry of Information and Communication has/will issue three new definitive postage stamps: one with a denomination of 400 won for priority mail (issued Oct. 16), another with a denomination of 1,050 won for non-priority registered mail (issued on Oct. 25), and the last with a denomination of 1,300 won for registered mail.
The definitive postage stamps for registered mail will feature an airplane, signifying the distinctive nature of speedy delivery, to distinguish them from the definitive postage stamps for non-priority. The colors of the plane and the border of the stamps differ according to denomination and use. The 1,300-won definitive postage stamp shows an airplane with a green border. |
