Description
The Ministry of Information and Communication is issuing the forth collection of the mushroom series postage stamps. This latest issuance features four mushrooms indigenous to Korea. It is expected that these postage stamps will make the different species of Korea's mushrooms better known both at home and aboad and raise public awareness of their diminishing supply due to environmental destruction and pollution.

Amanita inaurata Secr.
Teh pileus of the A. inaurata Secr. is about 7cm in diameter, It first grows as a hemispherical form but later becomes flat. The surface is yellowish to dark brown with grooves radiating outward along the edges. The lamellae are white and have a gray powdery edge, and the stipe grows 11 to 13cm tall.
