Since the images in the Press Release/Information Section, do not consistently load for computers operating without a Hangul character-set; I decided to capture them.

As it did for 1997, The Ministry has released a 1998 Korean Stamp Book, and a 1998 Korean Stamp Booklet; the difference between the two, being the quantity of philatelic item contents, and the additional relevant stamp information contained in the "Book"-both Korean & English.

I assume the pictured "flyer/poster", received wide circulation in Korea during January & February; at least within major postal channels. My interpretation of major poster contents:

98 Korean Stamp Book:
Release date:  '99.2.25'. Philatelic contents:  43 stamps and 7 souvenir sheets issued in 1998. Book release quantity:   20,000. Book cost:  30,000Won.

98 Korean Stamp Booklet:
Release date:  '99.3.8'. Philatelic contents:  40 stamps issued in 1998. Booklet release quantity:  20,000. Booklet cost:  13,000Won.

Sales pitch: "Belongs on your book-self. Buy others for presents."
