Korea, Mongolia and Kazakhstan have recently been engaged in active exchanges and cooperation in
such diverse areas as economic, social and cultural affairs, with ever-increasing interest. The postal
authorities of the three countries, after about a year of collaborative effort, a set of joint stamp
that features each country's "earrings." It is hoped that the issuance of this stamp will spur and
promote understanding and friendship among the people of the three countries and to strengthen
cooperation in the field of postal service.

This year marks the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic
relations between Korea and Brazil. Over the past half a century, the two countries have engaged in
very active exchanges and cooperation in various areas such as the economic, social, and cultural
fields. In celebration of this 50th anniversary, Korea Post and its Brazilian counterpart ECT
(Empresa Brasileira de Correios e Telegrafos) are issuing a set of joint stamps featuring bridges,
hoping that through these bridges, the two countries located at the opposite sides of the globe can
connect together and take a leap forward with each other.

The year 2011 marks the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations
between Korea and Portugal. In celebration and commemoration of this 50th anniversary,
Korea Post and its Portuguese counterpart, CTT are issuing, through collaborative works,
a joint stamp featuring the old ships of the two countries: Korea's "Turtle Ship" and Portugal's "Nau."
The backdrop of the sheet features the painting of Navy Maneuvering (housed in Jinju National Museum)
from the latter part of the Joseon Dynasty.

establishment of diplomatic relations between Korea and Australia. Australia participated in the Korean War
in 1950 as a member of the UN forces. During the past 50 years since the establishment of diplomatic ties in
1961, the two countries have solidified their friendship and amity through active exchanges in various areas
such as politics, economy, culture, society, etc. In celebration and commemoration of this 50th anniversary,
Korea Post and Australia Post are issuing a joint stamp featuring traditional musical instruments of the two
countries - the Haegeum of Korea and Didgeridoo of Australia.
