Dues notices for 2003 will be sent out a little later this year, after the receipt of this issue of KP. I will mail them out separately from Korean Philately, along with a ballot for election of Officers and Board of Directors for KSS for the next three years. Please do not send in your dues payment prior to receiving the Dues Notice and Ballot; you will have the usual two month period after the mailing to qualify for the reduction in dues for on-time payments.
