It has been a quiet summer at the Sec/Treas.'s Office. I do have one membership addition to report.
Dr. Richard was a KSS member from 1977 through the 1980's, and he rejoins the Society this month. He reports that he has a collection of Kingdom and Empire issues, as well as post-WWII occupation and ROK stamps, and recently has begun to assemble a collection of North Korean stamps. His address is:
