The following information was extracted from Stanley Gibbons' Web-Site: On New Year's Day Juche 93(2004), the newspapers of "Rodong Sinmun", "Joson Inmingun" and "Chongnyon Jonwi" published a joint editorial under the headline "Make this year a year of brilliant victory by launching a revolutionary offensive on all fronts of building a great prosperous powerful nation under the guidance of the Party".
