Korea Minting & Security Printing; 1.6 million stamps; 320,000 souvenir sheets.

Dec. 8: Registration of Korean Cultural Treasures as Part of the World Heritage/
Oral and Intangible Heritage, two 480w stamps, calligraphy description,
Pansori singerís performances by Kim Jun-geun; Mo Heung-Gap,
and Pansori singer of the Joseon dynasty.
Designers, Sojeong Kim; engraver, Incheol Shin; intaglio and offset in sheets of eight se-tenant
stamps at the bottom and a souvenir sheet with two stamps at the top,
Korea Minting & Security Printing; 850,000 stamp sets.

Dec. 14: Caring Nation/Donation Culture,
two 250w stamps scented like chocolate and pine, symbolic heads with arms holding flowers;
and person watering plant and dreaming of resting under tree.
