of Korea and chairman of the National Defence Commission of
the Democratic People's Republic of Korea paid unofficial visit
to the People's Republic of China from April 19 to 21, Juche
93(2004) at the invitation of Hu Jintao, general secretary of
the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and president
of the PRC.
Leader Kim Jong Il's unofficial visit to China will strengthen
and develop the traditional DPRK-China friendship and be brilliantly
recorded in the annals of the DPRK-China friendship.
