In discussions with SCOTT's previous New Issues Editor, I was informed that SCOTT did not annotate "Complete Booklet" remarks, unless SCOTT had in its possession the "Booklet" remarked.
I suggest that SCOTT check its S. Korean Booklet-Archive to see if a Booklet actually exists for SCOTT# 1890, "Suwon Castle Bicen." to justify the remark at #1890: "Complete booklet, 10 #1890 $11.00". I consider it extremely unlikely, that SCOTT has a Booklet for this issue.

The 200th Anniv. of the Dedication of the Suwon Castle issue, was presented to the public in a Special Sheet of 10 stamps. The sheet's artistically designed selvage contained South Korea's 1st Cinderella/label stamp.

During the period 1953-08-01 through 1955-11-11, (KS# 149-150/Sc# B1-B2; thru KS# 190/Sc# 225) all stamps issued by the Republic of Korea contained a changed "country-name-line". From "Tae-han Min-gook Oop-yoe/Republic of Korea Stamp", to "Tae-han Min-gook Oo-jong/Republic of Korea Postal Administration".

SCOTT attempts to record this 28 month temporary name-change:

The problem/s is/are, that the character meaning "Stamp/oop-yoe" has been labled "Redrawn" by Scott; when it has been present on Korean Stamps since the first issue 1946.05.01, and returns forever, on the issue of 1955.11.11. It definately should be labeled, "Original"; and should be shown first (left position).
Further problems are created because Scott has not placed the Remark at it's appropriate places: Before Sc# B1 & B2, before C12-C16, and before Sc# 195.
