Change the heading above Illustration# A860 from "Folk Music Series"; to "Music & Folkways Series' ".

Three definitive stamps sc# 1199-1200, & 1201, issued in 1983, are erroneously grouped together with commemorative stamps sc# 1191-1198, which were issued in 1980, and sc# 1201a, which was a commemorative Special sheet/Miniature sheet issued on 1984, 10-22.
A suggested solution:
1. Renumber 1199-1200 & 1201 to fit at the end of the 1981-89 Definitive Listing, on page 181-sc# 1255-1270, where the three Definitive stamps belong.
2. Renumber sc# 1201a to sc# 1391, where it belongs Date-of-Issue wise.

See 1962-66 Definitives
The quagmire that is Scott's listing and illustrations shown for the Korean 1962-66 definitives, can be somewhat alleviated by the showing of these illustrations:
This catalogue error was first brought to the attention of SCOTT in January 1998:
During the period 1953-08-01 through 1955-11-11, (Sc# B1-B2; 195-225 (Not including 212D-212F); & C12-C16) all stamps issued by the Republic of Korea contained a changed "country-name-line". From "Tae-han Min-gook Oop-yoe/Republic of Korea Stamp", to "Tae-han Min-gook Oo-jong/Republic of Korea Postal Administration".
See "Changed-Country-Name-Line"
SCOTT feebly attempts to draw attention to this 28 month temporary name-change, by placing an inserted note, "Same with Right Character at Top Redrawn", above two Hangul images; above the out-of-sequence listed sc# 212D-212F, which were issued 1956, June 5.
See Scott's changed "country-name-line"
A suggested solution:
1. Renumber sc# 212A-212C to 220A-220C, which would place them in the proper Date-of-Issue sequence.
2. Renumber sc# 212D-212F to 226A-226C, which would place them in the proper Date-of-Issue sequence.
3. Get rid of any mention of the 28 month temporary "country-name-line change", as its insignificant to stamp collectors; however, if SCOTT deems it necessary, then obviously the place to show a note is before sc# 195; before sc# B1-B2; & before sc# C12-C16.
