Korean-Made Characters Series.
From 2011.02.22 to 2014? (Still open)

The "Korean-Made Characters Series" to be newly launched will be introduced for the duration of four years and in the form of stamps that feature those characters that were created in Korea and have been widely beloved. The first installment of this series features "Pororo, The Little Penguin".
